Options for the receipt of goods

1. At the truckshop.lv stores in Riga

If you want to receive goods quickly and not want to pay for delivery, whilst placing an order, simply indicate that you will pick up the items from the truckshop.lv store. In this case, you can pay by cash or a credit card, having previously tried the garment on if needed. You will need to pick up the garment within 3 working days after the reservation.

2. Courier delivery

After the confirmation of an order, the goods will be delivered to you within 1-2 working days in Riga and Latvia, 5-10 days for Europe and 7-20 days for other countries. If you choose this type of delivery you can pay by bank transfer (after receiving an invoice from truckshop.lv by e-mail) or PayPal. Prior to signing the delivery note we ask you to visually evaluate the product or to try the garment on in the presence of the courier!

Delivery within Latvia: 5-9 EUR.
Within Europe: 9-30 EUR.
Within non EU countries: 15-50 EUR.

Rejection of goods and returns

The client has the right to reject the goods within 14 calendar days and return it to truckshop.lv. In case of return of goods truckshop.lv, the return cost of the goods is bourne by the client.
When rejecting the goods, the total amount of the purchase is transferred to the bank account number given by customer in the return form, within 14 days after receipt of the goods by return.
In case of returned goods, the money for the delivery will not be refunded.

Return Policy

1. Item must be returned complete and in its original condition, in the form in which the product was provided by the seller, otherwise the return may be rejected.
2. The mandatory parts of the goods are also:

- An invoice (if the goods have been paid for by bank transfer)
- Receipt if the item has been paid for in cash
- Completed return form. In order to arrange the return of the goods, you must fill in the return form on the product and attach it to the returned product.

3. The goods to be returned, you must send to the address provided by truckshop.lv.
